If the beaches choke you because you are on vacation with children, do not hesitate to give them an adrenaline-pumping day at one of the water parks in Menorca. They all have enjoyable attractions that adapt to multiple children ranges ages.
They have giant slides, wave pools and endless water parks where you can have a wonderful day. They all have bars and restaurants, so it won't matter if you bring food from home; now you can do that too, they all have picnic areas.
Next, we will review the three best water parks in Menorca.
Among its attractions, we highlight the Kamikaze, a fast slide where you can throw yourself and experience great speed falling into a deep pool (jump included!).
It also has some multi-lane slides, where you can challenge your friends in a race, to see who gets to the pool first by sliding down their tubes.
Finally, highlight the giant pot, visible from all over the Splash Menorca. Have fun throwing yourself down a slide and end up rolling in this large pot before falling into its pool. Apart from the latter, the park offers many other attractions such as the Black Hole, the Adventure River, the Giant Slide, the lazy river, the children's ramp and the children's hydro tube.
The park also has the Splash Restaurant. The food is quite good; we recommend the Tika Massala Chicken or the Fried Butter Chicken. The prices are reasonable considering you are in a water park.
The general ticket price is €22. However, children under 12 years old pay €15. Children under three years old do not need a ticket.
If you want to go more than one day, staying at the Hotel Sur Menorca can be cheaper, which includes unlimited tickets to the water park at a lower price.
If you are in the Ciutadella area, you don't need to travel all over the island to go to a water park. Just 15 minutes by car from the urban centre is the urbanization of Cala en Bosc and AquaRock. It is one of the first water parks built on the island, which has been modernized over the years.
This park has the longest tubes in Menorca, and you can dive down them both with and without a float. Fun is guaranteed for the little ones. Highlights the black tube; it's pure adrenaline! It has many lifeguards; you can stay calm while your children play.
You heard it right; apart from adrenaline with water, this park can also give you on the asphalt. Prices are €16 per adult, a circuit of 8 minutes.
Another strong point of this park is that you can go to its bar and restaurant. They have international food. In addition, endless drinks and refreshments liven up a good summer day with the family.
At AquaRock Menorca, adults pay €23 and children from 3 to 11 years €13. Here you can buy cheapest tickets for Aquarock.
If you are looking for hotels near Aquarock Menorca, you should know that the exclusive urbanization of Cala en Bosc is very touristy and has many services. On a personal story, we recommend the Nuramar Hotel & Villas; this 4-star hotel is good value for money.
It is the smallest park on the island; it is still a great option to enjoy with our children. It is in the urbanization of Los Delfines, in the north of Ciutadella.
It has a BlackHole, where children can jump with two-seater floats and an Adventure River, where they can jump with an individual float. In addition, it has other attractions such as giant slides, hydro tubes, Kamikaze and Jacuzzi.
The restaurant is a few meters from the park, and you will find a menu with all kinds of dishes, from international dishes to local products such as Paellas and stews. In addition, homemade pizzas and hamburgers will not be lacking for the little ones in the house.
The tickets are similar to the other parks, with an entrance of €22 for adults and €15 for children. Children younger than 3 years old are also exempt.
As we said at the beginning, the urbanization of Los Delfines is a very touristic place and offers many options of hotels and villas to stay near the water park. The California Apartments, apart from being the cheapest, also have an excellent rating for your stay in Menorca.
