Cala Corb, a charming dock in Menorca
Cala Corb is a small bay with a very charming pier in the coastal area of Es Castell or Villacarlos. In it, local people have their boat moored, undoubtedly, a privileged place; It is at the begging of Mahon's harbour.
You can take a bath!
In Cala Corb, you can swim, but you will not be able to get far from the shore since it is an area with a lot of maritime traffic in summer. However, it's not an evil plan if you're in the area and wants to take a quick dip. It has bathroom stairs and a small ramp where you can launch your boat.
An excellent place to have a drink
In Cala Corb, there is the Es Cau bar , where there is live music. It's spontaneous; the bar has a guitar, and whoever wants can play and sing. In the summer months, it is usually quite crowded. In addition, they make good tapas, and the price is according to the place.
How to get to Cala Corb
To get to Cala Corb , you must go to Es Castell on the ME-2 road from Mahón. Once in the town, you have two options: park in the sports centre car park or the Fontanilles area; at the beginning of the village on the left.
Since 2023, parking in the city centre is only allowed for local people or if you stay in a hotel in the area.
